PURPOSE: A perfume capsule cigarette filter manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a filter by inserting a capsule into a filament. CONSTITUTION: A perfume capsule cigarette filter manufacturing device comprises a body and a filter guide member(11) gathering a plurality of filaments in a rod shape. The filter guide member includes a guide member opening(13) passing through the upper end thereof. A first drum(31) is inserted into the filter guide member through the guide member opening. A first groove locates in the circumference of the first drum and is formed of a first hole. An air inlet port locates in an air inlet plate. |
