PURPOSE: An LED drive circuit, an LED illumination fixture, and LED illumination device, and an LED illumination system are provided to reduce flickering in the LED by prevent a phase control device from being switched . CONSTITUTION: In an LED drive circuit, an LED illumination fixture, and LED illumination device, and an LED illumination system, an LED driver circuit(4) connects to a phase control type dimmer(2). The LED driver circuit inputs an alternating voltage. The LED driver circuit drives the LED. A current extractor(6) extracts the current from a power source supply line. The power source supply line supplies an LED driving current to the LED. An extraction timing regulator(7) activates the current extractor for a prescribed period after the voltage of the power source supply line is changed. |
