PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conductive metal thin film using carboxylic acid is provided to perform the low heat or low vacuum treatment of a copper coating under in room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive metal thin film using carboxylic acid comprises the next step. Conducting metal coating liquid is manufactured by adding carboxylic acids in the disperse solution in which conductive metal particles of core/shell structure. The conducting metal coating liquid is coated on the upper part of a device and is heat-treated to peel an oxide film from the conductive metal particle surface of the core/shell structure. A thin film is made of the conductive metal particle from which the oxide film is removed.
