PURPOSE: A conductive paste for forming a solar battery electrode is provided to smoothly spread silver ions onto a SiN layer through a glass layer, thereby converting a part of a surface layer of the SiN layer into silicon oxide on the interface between an electrode and the SiN layer. CONSTITUTION: A Te glass layer(9) includes a silver component on a surface electrode layer(1a). A silicon oxide layer(10) is formed on the Te glass layer. A SiN layer(2) is formed on the silicon oxide. A minute silver particle(11) is continuously extracted from the SiN layer. A part of the surface of the SiN layer is converted into silicon oxide on the interface between an electrode and the SiN layer. |
