PURPOSE: A clutch device and a display device comprising the same are provided to expose or insert a speaker module by a power state. CONSTITUTION: A case includes a front cover and a rear cover. The case has openings on one or more sides. A display module is arranged in the rear part of the front cover. One or more speaker modules(100) are located in the aperture side of the case. The speaker module is exposed or inserted through the opening of the case. A gear assembly reciprocates the speaker module.
