PURPOSE: A cobalt - tin alloy plating solution is provided to prevent the waste of conducting salt, cobalt chloride, and tin chloride by preventing precipitate in a plating bath. CONSTITUTION: A cobalt - tin alloy plating solution is made by mixing cobalt chloride 400~600 g/L, second stannous fluoride 10~15 g/L, middle ammonium fluoride 80~100 g/L, ammonium chloride 100~120 g/L, and brightener 0.5 g/L. The temperature of the plating liquid is 60±2°C. PH of plating liquid is 1.0~1.5. The plating time of the plating liquid is 90~120 sec. Brightener is made of thionyl elements.
