PURPOSE: A side body structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the decreasing of products due to assembly level difference. CONSTITUTION: A side body structure of a vehicle comprises a rear floor panel(10) a rear inner side seal(21), a rear outer side seal(22), and a front floor panel. The rear inner side seal and rear outer side seal are combined on the outside surface of the rear floor panel to be faced with each other. The sliding door rail is supported between the rear inner side seal and rear outer side seal by the rail beam steel guide. The front inner side seal and front outer side seal, which are facing each other, are formed on the outer side of the front floor panel. The rear outer side seal and rail beam steel guide is connected with a rear outer side seal reinforcement member.
