<p>The invention relates to a face commutator ( 101 ) having a supporting body ( 102 ) consisting of an electrically insulating material, a large number of connection segments ( 108 ) consisting of an electrically conductive material for connecting in each case at least one end of a coil winding, and a large number of contact surface segments ( 112 ) which form a contact surface ( 14 ) of the face commutator ( 101 ), the contact surface segments ( 112 ) being mechanically rigidly and electrically conductively connected to the connection segments ( 108 ), and the supporting body ( 102 ) and/or the connection segments ( 108 ) having an integral design, and the supporting body ( 102 ) being prefabricated and having openings ( 118 ) into which the connection segments ( 108 ) are inserted, characterized in that the supporting body ( 102 ), at least in sections, is overdimensioned in the region of the openings ( 118 ) in relation to the inserted connection segments ( 108 ), in that the connection segments ( 108 ) are fixed owing to a clamping effect of the supporting body ( 102 ), and in that the clamping effect is brought about by the overdimensioning at least in sections, of the supporting body ( 102 ) in relation to the connection segment ( 108 ), as well as to a method for producing a face commutator.</p> |
