PURPOSE: An internet based remote control system for a house using an internet phone combined home station is provided to safely perform a remote metering by matching metering data with a fixed IP of an IP phone as identification information and transmitting the matched data to a metering server. CONSTITUTION: A home server(11) receives data metered through a home communication network by integrating a metering device with an internet phone fixing unit. A metering server(111) is connected to a home server through a wired and wireless communication network and receives metering data from the home server. An internet phone server(112) allocates IP to a home server and provides an internet phone service.
