PURPOSE: A side view mirror for a vehicle is provided to improve the exterior of a vehicle by locating the coupling structure of the side view mirror at the inner side of a rear case. CONSTITUTION: A side view mirror for a vehicle comprises a rear case(1), a coupling ball(10), a ball receiving globe(30), and a leaf spring(40). The rear case is coupled to the side view mirror and has a ball support unit and a perforated part(20). The perforated part is formed in the outer side of the ball support unit. The coupling unit of the coupling ball is connected to a mounting arm of a vehicle. The ball receiving globe has a ball receiving space and multiple wings(32). The curved parts of the wings cover the surface of the coupling ball. The leaf spring is installed inside the rear case to be adhered to the bottom end of the ball receiving globe and pushes the ball receiving globe so that the wings of the ball receiving globe can be adhered to the ball support unit of the rear case.
