The device (112) has a stop element (144) stopping a lancet in an application position (124) and preventing movement of a supporting element (116) i.e. supporting band (118). A positioning element (148) is arranged to position the lancet, during piercing movement in a direction transverse to a piercing direction. The positioning element has a hold-down device (150) that exerts force on the lancet perpendicular to a level that is formed by longitudinal extension direction and the piercing direction. The stop- and positioning elements are designed as tongues of a spring plate. An independent claim is also included for a lancet device that comprises a piercing drive. |
