The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of a stretch of at least 80 consecutive amino acid residues of at least one full-length capsid protein of a rhinovirus for preventing and/or treating a rhinovirus infection.
