PURPOSE: A food smoking machine using charcoal fire is provided to remove bad smell from meat and to make the meat soft by the generation of far infrared rays and anions. CONSTITUTION: A food smoking machine using charcoal fire comprises an air regulator(1), a halogen lamp(3), two grills, eight parallel rods, four sheets of transparent tempered glasses(5) and a reduction motor(8). The air regulator controls the intensity of flame. Sweet potatoes, chestnuts and fishes are smoked in the inner space of the food smoking machine. The halogen lamp lights targets while smoking. A lot of foods are smoked in a narrow space using the two grills and the eight parallel rods. A user can see foods from all directions through the four sheets of transparent tempered glasses. Since the food smoking machine slowly rotates by the reduction motor, the smoked state can be easily recognized. |
