PURPOSE: A method for diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by quantitative measuring of brain metabolites using a magnetic resonance spectroscopy are provided to check a Parkinson's disease by measuring the change in the brain metabolites of an animal having a Parkinson's disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by quantitative measuring of brain metabolites using a magnetic resonance spectroscopy is comprised of the steps: measuring the brain tissue of a normal animal and Parkinson's disease animal respectively; obtaining magnetic resonance spectroscopy spectrum; comparing the magnetic resonance spectroscopy spectrum of the normal animal with Parkinson's disease animal; measuring and comparing the value of glutamate composite/ creatine.
