PURPOSE: A fin-tube heat exchanger and a support structure thereof are provided to maintain uniform gaps between supports by installing connection units between the supports. CONSTITUTION: A support structure of a fin-tube heat exchanger comprises refrigerant pipes(101), cooling fins, and supports(110). The cooling pins expand the heat-exchanging areas of the refrigerant pipes. Both curved ends(101a) of the refrigerant pipes are installed in the supports. Coupling holes(120) are formed in the supports. The curved ends of the refrigerant pipes are inserted into the coupling holes. Refrigerant pipe supports are formed on the inner surfaces of the coupling holes and support both curved ends of the refrigerant pipes.
