PURPOSE: A refrigerating, thawing and low temperature system using plasma is provided to maintain the freshness of food materials when cold temperature storing. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating, thawing and low temperature system comprises the following: a high pressure condenser(10) generating the high AC voltage of 1,000~7,000V for producing plasma inside a refrigeration unit, a thawing unit, and a low temperature unit; a controller(20) controlling the internal temperature of the refrigeration unit, the thawing unit, and the low temperature unit; an electrode shelf(30) applying the alternating current high voltage to products; and a counter electrode(40) installed on the electrode shelf.
