PURPOSE: A headlight adaptive to a vehicle road is provided to light the lighting range of a headlight adaptively to the intention of a driver and the situation of a road, thereby providing a new type of headlight. CONSTITUTION: A lighting range varying device forms a lamp device unit(1a) and operates a driving motor(4) to move a lamp(2) forward/backward. A single headlight includes a rotating device for vertically rotating a light case and a rotating device for horizontally rotating the light case. A headlight adaptive to a vehicle road is a complex headlight different from the single headlight. A controller controls the forward driving and reverse driving of a forward/reverse driving motor.
