PURPOSE: A fluid injection roller and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the transfer of a product by injecting fluid to the surface of a cylindrical roller body to reduce contact pressure between the roller body and the product. CONSTITUTION: A fluid injection roller comprises a roller body(11) and shafts(12). The roller body has a cylindrical shape including a fluid space(113) and vents(114) through which fluid in the fluid space is spread to the surface of the roller body. The shafts are arranged on both sides of the roller body. The roller body is composed of a reinforcing tube with a plurality of injection passages and a perforated sintered tube which is fitted to the exterior of the reinforcing tube.
