SEWAGE-WASTEWATER TREATING SYSTEM AND METHOD THE SAME, USING HIGH-EFFCIENCY SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR PROCESS

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing sewage and wasted water are provided to increase the quality of processed water by controlling water flow using a water level sensor mounted at a water flow controlling bath. CONSTITUTION: A preprocessing bath(120) minimizes the discharge of micro-wastes from sewage and wasted water using a baffle. A water flow controlling bath(130) prevents the decomposition of precipitants at the lower side of the water flow controlling bath and eliminates bad odor by implementing a sufficient stirring operation. A fluid decelerating and dispersing unit(140-1) is installed in a sequencing-batch-bio reactor(140), and the sewage and the wasted water is dispersed in the lower side of the sequencing-batch-bio reactor. A concentrating and reserving bath(150) temporarily reserve sludge transferred from the sequencing-batch-bio reactor. The concentrating and reserving bath discharges the sludge to the outside or retransfers the sludge to the water flow controlling bath.
