PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus having an antistatic film is provided to implement uniform illuminance by expanding an effective area passing and refracting light from an LED light source and diffusing and dispersing light through surface treatment. CONSTITUTION: An LED lighting apparatus is comprised of an LED light source(10), a light guide plate(20), and an anti static coating(100). The anti static coating is faced with the light transmitting side of a light guide plate to be a light transmitting cover. A plurality of uneven parts are formed in the surface of the anti static coating.
