PURPOSE: A transfer tape connecting device is provided to automatically connect first and second transfer tapes and automatically connect first and second cover tapes by an adhesive tape, thereby increasing the productivity of a transfer tape connecting process. CONSTITUTION: A transfer tape connecting device includes a clip support stand, a clamping unit(300), and a separation unit. The clip support stand supports a plurality of protrusions and a clip(10). The clamping unit comprises a pressurization member pressurizing first and transfer tapes. The separation unit(400) is arranged on the first transfer tape and applies a force to the leading part of a cover tape to separate a cover tape front part of the first transfer tape from the leading part of a carrier tape.
