<p>The invention relates to a process for concurrently fractionating and hydrotreating a full range naphtha stream. According to the invention, the process consists in : feeding the hydrogen and naphtha into a single pass fixed bed reactor, which comprises a hydro-desulphurizing catalyst, wherein an amount of sulphur compounds in the naphtha are transformed into HS; feeding the effluent from said reactor into a distillation column-type reactor, wherein there simultaneously take place the hydro-desulphurization reaction and the separation of naphtha into a naphtha with low boiling range and naphtha with high boiling range; discharging the naphtha with low boiling range, the HS and the unreacted hydrogen from said distillation column-type reactor, as distillation top; discharging the naphtha with high boiling range as still products; cooling the distillation top in order to condense the naphtha with low boiling range and separating it from hydrogen and HS; returning a portion of said condensed naphtha as reflux to said distillation column; recirculating a portion of the naphtha with high boiling range through the single pass fixed bed reactor and recycling the unreacted hydrogen from the distillation top upon feeding the fixed bed reactor.</p> |
