PURPOSE: A helical reinforcing horizontal water-gathering pipe with multi-diameters and a method for constructing the same are provided to improve the intake efficiency of filtered water regardless of the length of the water-gathering pipe. CONSTITUTION: A helical reinforcing horizontal water-gathering pipe with multi-diameters includes perforated pipes(111, 112, 113) and reinforcing screws(131, 132, 133). The perforated pipes include intake holes(111a,112a,113a). The diameter of the perforated pipes is varied. Filtered water is intaken through the intake holes. The reinforcing screw is protruded along the outer circumference of the perforated pipes.
