PURPOSE: A device and method for transceiving downlink HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Retransmission reQuest) feedback are provided to realize efficient communication using an HARQ timing. CONSTITUTION: A base station receives each uplink allocation A-MAP IE(Uplink Assignment Information Element) through each downlink sub frame of a first frame. Uplink data corresponding to the received uplink allocation A-MAP IE is transmitted to the base station through each uplink sub frame after processing time. Downlink HARQ feedback for each uplink data is received from the base station through each downlink sub frame. The frame is composed of five, six, or seven sub frames.
