PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to extend the illuminating area and achieve uniform distribution of luminance by employing LED modules which emit lights downward and laterally. CONSTITUTION: A first LED module(120) comprises LED devices and a first printed circuit board and is installed on the bottom of a frame to emit light downward. A second LED module(130) comprises LED devices and a second printed circuit board and is installed on a side of the frame to emit light laterally. A power supply board(140) is installed on the top of the frame and provides power to the first and the second printed circuit board.
