PURPOSE: A pump integrated shoe insole and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make mass production thereof possible and to have various functions. CONSTITUTION: A pump integrated shoe insole manufacturing method comprises: a bottom insole processing step of processing a(100) having an air pump part(120), a check valve part(130), an air passage(140), a plurality of airbag parts, a sponge insertion part(160), and a protrusion rib(110) of the fixed height; an upper insole processing step of processing an upper insole having a sealing function by laminating a resin waterproof sheet on the bottom plane of cloth; a component inserting step of respectively inserting a check valve and a cushion sponge(320) into the check valve part and sponge insertion part; a high frequency heat-welding process of welding the protrusion rib and resin waterproof sheet; and a finishing process of cutting the edge portion along the shape of the shoe insole. |
