PURPOSE: A spring onion peeling apparatus is provided to improve the operation convenience for users by successively peeling spring onion automatically regardless of the size, and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A spring onion peeling apparatus comprises the following: a chain belt conveyor(14) including a transfer belt, mounted on the upper side of a base(12) to rotate; a press-belt conveyor(18) mounted on the upper side of the transfer belt, and formed with an elastic sponge belt; an upper/ lower side compressed air injecting member(32) injecting fixed amount of compressed air to stems of spring onions; a driving member driving the chain belt conveyor and the press-belt conveyor; a controller controlling the pressure of the compressed air and the transfer speed of the chain belt and press-belt conveyors; and a pressure roller pressing the elastic sponge belt. |
