PURPOSE: Diet food using apples and unripe peppers, and a producing method thereof are provided to produce the diet food using the apples, the unripe peppers, garlic, anchovy, and soy sauce. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of diet food using apples and unripe peppers comprises the following steps: mixing water and the apples in a mixing ratio of 80:20, and boiling the mixture to obtain an apple extract; boiling 50wt% of garlic and 50wt% of anchovy with water; inserting the unripe peppers into the water boiled with the garlic and the anchovy; inserting the apple extract to the boiled water with the unripe peppers; and seaming the mixture with soy sauce.
