PURPOSE: A locking device for emergency exit of a door for a ship is provided to easily open the emergency exit by the cutting of a brake groove if shock is applied to the emergency exit by physical force in case of emergency. CONSTITUTION: A locking device(50) for emergency exit of a door for a ship comprises a first connecting unit(10), a second connecting unit(20) and a locking unit(30). The first connecting unit comprises a plate(11) and is fixed to the upper end of the emergency exit by a fixing member(40). A coupling unit(12) is integrally formed on the upper part of the plate, and a through hole(13) is formed in the coupling unit in a length direction. The second connecting unit comprises a plate(21) and is fixed to one end of a door, which faces the first connecting unit. An insertion unit(22) is integrally formed on the upper part of the plate. An insertion hole(23) is formed in the insertion unit in a length direction.
