PURPOSE: A natural food composition for cuing constipation is provided to effectively prevent constipation of users with the constitution of insensitive bladder and great intestine. CONSTITUTION: A natural food composition for cuing constipation obtained by the following steps: mixing 21.67wt% of dried psyllium husk powder, 34wt% of dried cabbage powder, 8.33wt% of freeze-dried apple powder, 6.67wt% of dried barley powder, 18.33wt% of freeze-dried pear powder with seeds, 1wt% of dried polygonatum sibiricum powder, and 10wt% of dried brown rice powder; and processing the mixture into a powder or granule form. |
