Disclosed is a carboxylic acid ester of formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are both directly attached form a 7 membered aliphatic carbocyclic ring; R3 represents phenyl or a 5 to 6 membered heteroaryl ring and R4 is defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a process to prepare said ester, a composition comprising said ester, a process to prepare said composition and the use of said ester to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
