PROCESS OF PRODUCING SHEATH/CORE FILAMENT

PURPOSE: A sheath/core filament is provided to manufacture fabric with excellent tear strength, heat insulation, and light weight. CONSTITUTION: A method for sheath/core filament comprises: a step of supplying alkali-extractable polyesther polymers containing 2-10 weight% of montmorillonite, 0.5-5 weight% of coupling agent, and remaining amount of nylon 6 resin; a step of supplying 1-10 weight% of extractable polyester polymers containing 90-99 weight% of modified polyamide polymers and inorganic particles; a step of melt-spinning through sheath-core type spinneret and cooling; and a step of adding oil and coiling.
