MAKING METHOD TO WASTE TILE FOR USED SHELLFISH AND WASTE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing yellow soil-based tiles using shellfish and yellow soil is provided to prevent the breakage of the yellow soil-based tiles by bonding a mixture plate containing shellfish powder and yellow soil with a yellow soil-based plate. CONSTITUTION: Plenty of shellfishes(11) are heated. The heated shellfishes are pulverized to obtain shellfish powder. The shellfish powder is mixed with yellow soil, and the mixture of the shellfish powder and the yellow soil is formed into a plate shape. A mixture plate(10) is formed. A yellow soil-based plate(20) is bonded with the lower side of the mixture plate. Pressure is applied to the upper side and the lower side of the plates. A yellow soil-based tile(1) is formed. The yellow soil-based tile is naturally dried.
