PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal plate integrated midsole is provided to manufacture a midsole having an anti-piercing function. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal plate integrated midsole comprises: a first process(S1) of spreading hot-melt adhesive on both sides of a metal plate; a second process(S2) of spreading a heat-melting adhesive on one side of a thermoplastic sponge cut in a fixed size and drying; a third process(S3) of preparing preparations; a fourth process(S4) of throwing a sponge, a metal plate, and preparations into a mold in order; and a fifth process(S5) of putting the mold into a heat press device, molding the thermoplastic sponge, melting the heat-melting adhesive, and adequately cooling the thermoplastic sponge and adhesive. |
