PURPOSE: A method of producing super hard alloy materials using super hard scrap or super hard sludge is provided to enable a hard metal material to be uses as a raw material for manufacturing high-quality tool and mold since the super hard scrap or the super hard sludge are recovered in a form of high-quality super hard powder. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing super hard alloy materials using super hard scrap or super hard sludge is as follows. The super hard scrap or the super hard sludge is hydro-thermally treated under pressure, and metal carbide and metal components are divided. The divided metal carbide is ground to powder. The metal powder is added to the metal carbide power, and mixed powder is manufactured. The mixed powder is compressed, green compact is manufactured. The green compact is sintered, and a hard metal material is manufactured. |
