<p>PURPOSE: A vacuum insulator is provided to ensure improved flatness and keep thermal conductivity because a core material is cut corresponding to an adsorption material before pressing. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulator comprises a core material(10), a coating material, and an adsorption material. The core material is glass fiber board, glass wool, or a laminate of one or more selected from them. The coating material is a multilayer film including a thermo-adhesive layer, a gas barrier layer, and one or more protective layers and covers the core material. The adsorption material is provided in a fixing part of the core material which is formed by cutting the core material to the shape and depth corresponding to the shape and depth of the adsorption material and pressing the cut part.</p> |
