The invention relates to a process for the controlled lifting/lowering of bridge/passageway superstructures under traffic conditions, to be applied in constructions, for the existent bridge or passageway superstructures requiring works for increasing the free passing clearance, increasing the opening, replacing the bearing blocks with new ones, as well as in new superstructures where it is needed in the technical stage of mounting and load distribution onto the bearing blocks with displacement control. According to the invention, the process consists, in a first stage, in establishing and checking the reactions on the bearing blocks, setting the configuration of the lifting diagram, calculating and dimensioning the auxiliary constructions necessary for the distribution of the superstructure load, then, in the second stage said auxiliary constructions as metal bents and/or pretensioned lifting blocks are built, the bridge/passageway superstructure is lifted with a hydraulic system to a new level with computer-assisted control of the structure displacements, the final level being higher by at least 0.5 m as compared with the initial level, then it is distributed on reinforced concrete stocks, the new bridge bearings are made, the bearing blocks are mounted for the bridge/passageway superstructure load to be distributed thereon without affecting the traffic which is carried on both on the bridge/passageway and on the road crossed over by the passageway and without affecting the bridge/passageway road, while, in another embodiment of the controlled lifting/lowering of bridge/passageway superstructures, the lifting stage is achieved by using the elements of the existent structure, no other works being required. |
