The assembly has a drying module (3) comprising a tubular chamber (4) that is opened partially at ends (5, 6). A heat pump is equipped with a condenser (8) and evaporator (9) that are installed inside of the chamber. The evaporator and condenser form two modules that are parallely arranged between the evaporator and condenser along longitudinal axis (7). A drying fan (2) is arranged outside of the chamber, and the axis is formed at the sides of a compressor in the chamber. A deflector is installed between the fan and evaporator.
