PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device whose assembly structure has been improved so as to perform replacement with simple work in replacing a cylinder lock attached to an existing cam lock with an another high-grade cylinder lock, and to prevent components from becoming loose or falling for a long period of time without requiring maintenance. SOLUTION: The door lock device of a vending machine is of the assembly structure in which an outer cylinder 4a of a cylinder lock 4 inserted from the front side of an assembly frame 5 is fastened to the assembly frame 5 by a nut, and a locking cam 8 is fitted by insertion to a screw axis 4b that projects backward from an inner cylinder of the cylinder lock and fastened by a nut. The assembly frame 5 has a box structure in which the back side is open. The frame has a nut fixing metal 12 which is fitted and supported inside the assembly frame 5 by being engaged with the outer periphery of a hexagonal nut (M19) 7 screwed to the outer cylinder 4a of the cylinder lock 4 from the rear side, and a nut presser metal 13 which is fitted to the assembly frame 5 with a screw, covering, from the rear side, the hexagonal nut (M7) 9 which fastens the locking cam 8 to the screw axis 4b of the cylinder lock 4.
