PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheme which can easily obtain scan data converted into a desired file format by converting the data into the desired file format by an image forming device according to a download request and transmitting the converted data as a whole to an information processing device which has requested the download. SOLUTION: A first image file obtained by reading a manuscript at a scanner portion of a complex machine is stored in an HDD corresponding to a user who has logged in. File identification information of the first image file corresponding to user identification information accepted from a client terminal and display control information including file format information which can be converted are generated to be transmitted to the information processing device. Desired file identification information and the file format information are received from the client terminal, and a second image file which is the first image file corresponding to the file identification information converted into the file format corresponding to the file format information is transmitted to the client terminal as a whole.
