PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system for photographing a person without missing a video from the front where it is easy to capture the feature of a person, and for photographing a person who seems to step out of a photographic area preferentially. SOLUTION: This photographing system including a plurality of photographing means is characterized by including a calculation means 10 configured to detect a person in a prescribed photographic region included in a video from video data photographed by the photographing means and to calculate the location information of the detected person and the moving distance and moving direction of the person in a prescribed period, a priority photographic person specification means 20 configured to specify the person to be photographed on the basis of the location information and moving distance calculated by the calculation means 10 and the photographing priority determined to a prescribed region in preliminarily stored photographic regions, and the photographing means specification means 30 configured to specify the photographing means for photographing the specified person from among the plurality of photographing means on the basis of the location information and moving direction of the person specified by the priority photographic person specification means 20 and the preliminarily stored layout information of each photographing means.
