PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve readout accuracy of a detected intensity detected by a sensor. SOLUTION: A readout circuit 10 has: an input transistor 11 connected between a node N11 connected to a sensor 20 having resistance varied in accordance with a detected intensity, and a node N12; a capacitive element 12 which is connected to the node N12 and discharges an accumulated charge to cause a current to flow to the sensor 20 via a current path L passing through the node N12, the input transistor 11 and the node N11; a charging circuit 13 for accumulating a charge in the capacitive element 12; an output terminal 14 for outputting a voltage corresponding to the amount of charges accumulated in the capacitive element 12; and a current pull-out circuit 15 for pulling out from the node N11, a part of the current flowing through the current path L.
