PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a proxy transmission using facsimile function while considering energy saving for broadcast transmission when a plurality of information communication apparatuses are installed to be commonly used. SOLUTION: The information communication apparatus 1 includes: a transmission information storing module 3 for storing information to transmit; an operation state recognizing module 4 for recognizing the operation state of each of the information communication apparatuses 1; a transmitting performance recognizing module 5 for recognizing the transmission performance by the first facsimile function of each of the information communication apparatuses 1; a broadcast transmission number storing module 6 for storing the number of times of broadcast transmission for the transmission information; a transmission power information calculating module 7 for calculating transmission power information by the facsimile function of each of the information communication apparatuses 1 on the basis of each item of the information; a selecting module 8 for selecting a combination of the information communication apparatuses 1 in which the transmission power by the facsimile function in the broadcast transmission is within a predetermined permissible range; and a transmission processing start module 9 for starting the transmission processing by the facsimile function in the broadcast transmission by using the selected combination of the information communication apparatuses 1.
