PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, and to simplify and secure tape folding-back end forming work, in a cutter mechanism of a one-sided adhesive tape having the folding-back end forming function by operation of a user. SOLUTION: A tape sticking holding surface 5b, a plurality of tape rolling-in preventive surfaces 1g having a surface of a nonadhesive property and a nonadhesive roller 4 having a plurality of tape guiding disk-like parts 4b set in a small diameter in the shaft center and successively set in a large diameter toward a shaft end part, are arranged on the tape supply side of a tape cut part 5a. The respective tape rolling-in preventive surfaces 1g are formed in a mode of making its part enter an annular groove part 4d between the respective disk-like parts 4b. When the user sends out a tape part on the nonadhesive roller 4 in the oblique direction to the tape cut part 5a side while pressing the tape part to the roller by a bulb part of a finger, since a tape swelling part 3b is surely formed, when picking this by fingers, it collapses, and a folding-back end part is easily provided.
