IN VITRO GERMINATION METHOD OF GASTRODIA ELATA SEEDS USING SYMBIOTIC FUNGAL SPECIES

PURPOSE: An in vitro germination method of Gastrodia elata seeds using symbiotic fungal species is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for in vitro germination of Gastrodia elata seeds comprises: a step of culturing germination bacteria of Gastrodia elata seeds; a step of preparing a rice bran medium and inoculating germination bacterial to the medium; a step of co-culturing the Gastrodia elata seeds and germination bacteria; and a step of selecting germination bacteria. The germination bacteria of Gastrodia elata seeds is obtained by culturing Mycena osmundicola in PDA medium.
