The invention relates to a method for operating a vehicle 2, wherein in at least one location of a drive train 20 of the vehicle 2 a torque 36 is directly detected as a physical variable by means of at least one sensor 22, 24, 26, 28 and fed as a controlled variable to at least one control circuit of the vehicle 2. The invention further relates to a vehicle 2 comprising a torque-converting drive train 20, at least one control circuit and/or at least one timing chain of a control path of the vehicle 2, at least one controller which is coupled to the control circuit and/or the timing chain of the control path, and at least one sensor 22, 24, 26, 28 for directly detecting a torque in a location of the drive train 20. The sensor is integrated in the control circuit and/or in the timing chain of the control path, and a torque can be specified as a controlled variable by way of the sensor. |
