PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked fixed core for a rotary electric machine, which can suppress torque caused by stress working from the split plane of a core piece, to individual core blocks that constitute the stacked fixed core. SOLUTION: Both ends of the yoke part of each core piece 2a, which constitutes the core block 3c of the stacked fixed core 1, are provided with recesses at the surface and corresponding projections at the rear, so that they may be symmetrical with planes that halve, in the direction of the stacking of core pieces and in the radial direction of the stacked fixed core 1, the tooth part of this core piece 2a. This recess and projection are engaged with each other so that they can rotate with the recess and projection of each core piece 2a that constitutes adjacent core blocks 3c thereby constituting the stacked fixed core 1 so that each core block 3c and 3d can rotate.
