<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience of a storage medium while ensuring its security. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus has a mounting section to which a freely removable storage medium is mounted, in which identification information of a storage medium that permits data transmission and reception is registered inside.
