<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner vessel capable of improving and stabilizing image density on an output image even when dispersion occurs in fluidity of a toner without increasing the manufacturing cost of the toner, an image formation device, and a development device. <P>SOLUTION: An information storage means 70 with information about fluidity of a toner housed in this toner vessel 20 stored therein is installed in the toner vessel 20.
