<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent for directly, quickly and economically labelling an oligonucleotide and analog on a solid support on which they are synthesized under a condition suitable to chemically unstable functional groups. <P>SOLUTION: The method for labelling the oligonucleotide on the solid support in a field of nucleic acid chemistry is provided. Its labelling reagent includes a hybridization-stabilized unit, a fluorescent dye, a fluorescence quencher, an energy transfer dye set, a chemoluminescent dye, a metal porphyline, an amino acid, a protein, a peptide, an enzyme and an affinity ligand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
